If you refinanced 1% of your customer base’s mortgages, you’d have 1500+ mortgages written with a substantial increase to revenue per customer. Likely hundreds of dollars per customer, even after staff/consultant commissions.

Why hasn’t the user base taken up the offers?

One roadblock I see is Australia’s puzzling brand loyalty to banks.

HC is a reddit for penny stock traders and they have upwards of 700,000 unique users per month.

They find it very hard to gain profit and monetise this site hence the indirect t/o of Gumtree etc.

Current market cap of 1CG is about right but I'll note any expansion plans and add to the watch list.

An interesting venture in how revenue vs profit is manufactured.
