@SkinnyTonyRestricted Stock Units have a “vesting period”, i.e. they become unconditionally owned by the person they are granted to only after a certain amount of time.
If the person leaves the Company (or if the Company gets liquidated) prior to the the vesting date, then the unvested RSUs are generally lost (or do not count as a fractional claim on net assets, in the event of a liquidation).
This is how things work in general, not just in the case of OMN.
Do not take my word for it, though; if you want to be 100% sure, ask the Company.
