Yep, not excusing it but another loose end tied up. Resolving historical litigation & overhangs lets everybody move forward (hopefully with lessons learned and a change of culture/behaviour, of course) and reduces market uncertainty. Positive SP response today, I think, because $22m is loose change for IFL.
