I don't see this as a pump and dump. Firstly, P & D refers to "ramming worthless stock down investors throats " like Aerotyne International.
One Health is hardly a worthless stock, it's a legitimate business with very good prospects.
They have contracts with Microsoft and Samsung, an innovative product in a sector with unlimited growth potential ( Healthcare ) .
Customers and cashflow from a subscription model.
The deal with Next Investors is to promote the company, Irrespective of how good a product or service you have the business will not grow if no one knows about it. So marketing is a very integral part of any business.
I see this move to be very positive as Next Investors ongoing email service will keep the stock on investors radar.
Also the deal to pay Next Investors with stock at 6 cents will not have an impact on the stock as this is a payment for their service not a capital raise which can dilute the price,
