~30% (incl Abtourk) are the Board and management. That's half the votes required.

50% of the shareholder register has turned over since the bid. Assuming that the majority of these buyers are for the arbitrage (Thorney increased their stake a little so remove them), the weight of numbers look supportive for the deal.

26m shares changed hands over the last few days which is about 10pc. Assuming these buyers are here to take up the arbitrage. I would have it that you need another 20% of the shareholders to vote. We could definitely get there...
