Its really strange. Say Thorney manage to block the scheme, now you are stuck with a Founder (and also substantial Shareholder) who just wants to cash out... Unless Thorney thinks he will step in, spill the board, split the business up and sell it off in parts to industry players. I don't doubt there is some blue sky future value but there is a hell of a path to get there... If the IRE deal was two years in the making think how long it will be to turn this around.
