What we haven't canvassed Schmucky is that there are plenty of ways to skin the cat for IRE.
They can come back with an off-market bid with a 50.1% condition and let Thorney stew as a minority.
Or OVH can sell the operating business which only requires 50.1% acceptance and return cash to shareholders.
But my money is still on the Scheme being voted in.
