Have sent in my vote FOR the SOA following the raise to 43 cents. Probably worth more now, but. The earlier everyone else does the better the chance this will get over. Has been announced as final so if IRE were to do a new bid will be a gap of many months. No other bidder frothing at the bit. What does that say? Can be egotistical and want top $ but has greater short-term risks than the holistic approach. Management are more focussed on the SOA, not the future. The bid has set the business back 6 months at least, which has to be recovered before the growth path can escalate again and how long does it take for management to be re-focussed on a standalone business vis a vis t/o by IRE? Think time to recycle the cash but prefer to do it at 43 cents.
