I think people selling feel the deal is going to fall over. What I am a bit surprised about is management haven't really addressed this. If they are worried about the deal falling over then they should delay the vote and get on the phones. I haven't seen any mention of this at all and they just seem to be sitting and waiting. It is an uphill battle given Thorney probably will buy up to 20% and if he does you need at least an 80% voter turnout backing the deal.

Also the turnover yesterday and today would indicate someone substantial may be exiting but who is hoovering up the shares. Hard for Thorney given he can only get to 20pc without launching a takeover.
