Looks like it is very close @Schmucky - we might get lucky yet. If it falls over Thorney need to take a good look at their strategy with this deal. Do they think that they know more about this business than the staff and board? What is their strategy if they manage to knock this deal over? Are they going to take it over and run it and are they capable because in my opinion that is the only way they are going to get this company moving with renewed vision and motivation. They seem to think that they can keep flogging a dead horse and get more value from it - their first job will be to convince others to put on their rose tinted glasses and see something I cannot see.
