I rased your exact point about communication and in fact, it became apparent that their website wasn't loading ASX announcements as well so I was looking for the AGM notice on their website and it wasn't there. Much embarrassment and they said their website was not loading the announcements correctly. Its fixed now. I agree with you entirely this is a financial services company and its communication and understanding should be way better than a slogan and strategic "20-mile journey"

If they change their minds they should communicate.
