More to learn from what they dont say than what they do say.
If the debt is secured adequately, they'd tell us in detail how it is secured. Instead, they say next to nothing.
They tell us the business is well funded etc which I read as: the business will survive the nasty shock of not collecting the debt fully
I guess the Board dont want to admit they sold an asset without understanding how secure the debt was.
Very poor oversight by BOD, and management by MD
