Commercial in confidence does not apply to security over corporate assets. Only securities registered on the PPSR, and are therefore a matter of public record, hold any legal position. Since the PPSR came into effect, any unregistered securities have no real worth, and securities are ranked in the order in which they are registered, not in order of which they are granted.

i think the concerns expressed by others on this thread are very well founded.
