I believe it is about time for someone within OVH to show some strong leadership. The Chairman & Managing Director need to step down or alternatively be forced. It is in all stakeholders interest. New blood, new ideas and a time to reset and then regenerate. Similar to what happened with the banks after the Royal Commission.
Connie has given it a good go. She has built a good business & I bet she has worked her guts out to get OVH where it is today. She can go out proud of her many achievements. Yes her ego will be hurt & she will be disappointed by the circumstances behind her departure but in time she will heal and she will be proud of OVH and what she/OVH achieved under her leadership.
