Does anyone know what the position is during suspension if, for example, they manage to sign up another customer? Do they make an announcement or are we all left in the dark during the suspension while the Court process works itself out?
Also...the prediction of one month for the Court process sounds highly optimistic. I can't see that they have yet filed anything with the Court.
