You know what they are like with news though, it's usually well after something has happened that we actually hear about it. "oh by the way, we finished the road recently and have been testing it already with the trucks full of coal" "the new contractors are already on site and will be starting early" the timeframe is always longer than we all want, but they seem to keep things happening.
