Not sure what you are on about. Andy Lark has left Xero and doesn't even need to disclose this as far as I'm aware plus it makes complete sense.
Rod has invested a substantial amount of time and money in Xero and certainly has not taken much off the table considering the stake he has.
Xero is extremely well run and management far and away focusses on getting the job done rather than the share price. Everything from capital allocation, to execution, to scaling, to hiring has been largely done immaculately (nothing goes absolutely without hitch of course).
