Justine had previously resigned but yes it is something I am watching closely as well. The business fundamentals are strong however there has been substantial insider selling. - The original founders but was less worried about that when Gordon took over. - Replacement CEO Bruce Gordon selling hos stake and tendered resignation. - Justine Smyth resigned as a director after a very short-term. - Largest shareholder Hulijch family sold a substantial portion of their holdings.
So there is conflict between those two scenarios I am trying to work through..........are fundamentals as strong as they appear, is the insider selling for personal reasons prompted by the impact of Covid etc. Or is there a real reason behind the selling that isnt obvious yet to shareholders.
