I doubt it. That would likely be considered insider trading and if anything the purchasing of TLT shares by IFT directors indicates that IFT has no current plans with respect to TLT.
I did notice that the TLT buyback gas been approved by shareholders so IFT should have quite the warchest post the cap raise.
