Paul keeps going with his TLT purchases... IMO this tells a lot about IFT's stance on the quality of asset that it is... and how unlikely it will be that they offload TLT from their portfolio entirey.
I would laugh if they turned around and sold their stake from here to prove me wrong... still calling that they will sell 14% stake to free up capital for warchest.
