i would suggest people do a little more research before entrusting this valuation estimate - valuing a company at 100% DCF on ounces in the ground ($1000/oz) doesn’t happen in the markets or by companies looking to acquire those projects. There are a good many projects with defined ounces in the ground with company valuations of anywhere between $20/oz right up to $250/oz.
