Nige is right
At some point companies ideally need earnings, but usually not until accelerating revenue starts to decelarate.
However what Nige is risking is the following :
At such time that happens the SP could well be $15, and depending on those earnings, +\- continued growth, even if it is at a decelarating rate, the SP could well then be heading toward $30-$45 over the next 5 years.
So Nige may be happy to miss the initial 300% to jump on board the more sedate but assured 10% over 3-5 years.
A little too conservative I believe for people wanting to outperform, and a basic lack of understanding of the importance of accelerating revenues, and fundamental analysis if an individual stocks potential, at the expense of the extremely superficial thesis of needing profit to be a safe share
Thats a sentiment some believe, personally I don’t subscribe to that. I believe the safest time is revenue acceleration despite increasing costs and no profit.... depending on further analysis and fundamentals of an individual stock.
This individual stock holds up well.
