More PR BS.....two and a half years and a waste of taxpayers money....we already know that LKO have discoveries in the Gippsland area and the Otway region pending the drilling of conventional wells to confirm the gas in place.
This is no more legitimate than the phoney Inquiry into Victorian Onshore Gas as was confirmed by the Chairman of the said committee on release of the final report.
You have in this video members saying it has been a learning curve....FFS what are they doing on a panel if they have no expertise in the field.....much the same as the fore mentioned inquiry where the panel members are on record stating they could not differentiate between fracking and unconventional extraction techniques .....in other words they had NFI.
You had Andrews crowing about the record 1,600 submissions to The Gas Inquiry against fracking because they supported the proposal but if you took the time to read them the majority were worthless and should have been binned.
On the other hand for example there were around 3,000 submissions opposing the Cash Ban the Morrison government is trying to sneak through at the moment unbeknown to the general public but they only classified approx. 150 of them as submissions because the majority are against the proposal.
The point is any government whether Labor or Liberal is prepared to spend as much of your money as it takes to sway public opinion and this Gas Plan is just more of the same BS.
