• Commitment to exclusively use haul road (no bypass) = self exoplanetary if they are using the bypass there is no income for the tonnage that doesn’t go down the haul rd.
• Includes standard commercial terms, including minimum volumerequirements equivalent to 24.5Mtpa from 1 July 2025 = so from the 1st July 2025 run rate must be minimum 24.5 Mtpa
• During project commissioning, minimum volumes set to account forwith project’s monthly production ramp-up profile
