PP has raised some interesting concerns. But maybe was alittle to alarmist and people missed the core of his point
maybe alot of people are forgetting that the contractor fleet isn't using the road in its entirely. And CE was a bit allusive during the 1/2 yearly regarding if there was milestones and penaltys to MS for the transaction of the road. So some questions I'm thinking are. 1) are the contractor tonnes being counted as the haul road tonnes? (As they use mostly public access) 2) do the contractor fleet have to pay the full toll on the haul road if they aren't using it all? 3) what's the penalty if the haul road doesn't meet the July target? (We don't have the contract so no one here can say. Off the top of my head I can think of atleast 5 possible outcomes for penalties)
