Once the analysts have been to inspect the road and reworked their models and come up with revised valuations, this will continue to get punished IMO.
Pullback to 20.50 in short term potentially lower, until brokers reset their target prices.
Looking at the numbers of trucks that need to round trip to Port in order to achieve the revised target production, my view is that all current plans in place would have to be executed perfectly. This is a rare occurrence in this space.
Weather/Time/ Labour force are major factors and short term IO price cycles not taken into account.
