Not quite, you take the earnings (Eg EBIT), and subtract interest payments then tax, that covers the debt, and what your left with after tax per share you divide by the share price to get the P/E. Looks over calcs below and tell me where you think any adjusyments need be made. P/E is 4.2 at the close on my model.
