Seemed like a distinct lack of responsibility from management for the balls up on the haul road. 3rd party this and that. It would have been a lot cheaper if they got it right in the first place. a 1/4 BILLION dollar upgrade is poorly timed given the cash issues although obviously it needs to be done ASAP and cannot be ignored.
Few eye balling in front of mirrors may be required for this bunch. Then they might see where the problem lies.
They almost remind me of Joe Hockey smoking the cigar after the election. Puffing away to their own successes or presumed success in heinz side.
