Would be unusual for the bidders not to try again if it was opportunistic. With OTH updating their strategy plan at least it allows for a better short term valuation. Splitting the business and retail side makes it easier for a buyer to extract value without costly restructuring efforts. IMO the bid has probably had the effect of creating an SP floor.
