Depends on what you buy because every OOH ad is technically unique so depends on how much OOH buying experience you have to gauge the value. Though since they essentially took a loan for this means you over pay and have no negotiation leverage because you’re locked in. Whoever signed off on this doesn’t know what they’re doing.
Would have been better off taking a loan from the bank and not committing to anything.
