Jimbo.....i think its a bit unreasonable to expect that 'word for word' said during an interview should come out exactly right and with correct context / meaning, hence making assumtions by dissecting a sentence 'word by word' is radical imo
If JV and Tincom VCPL happen...i dont think money / dilution will be an issue as we will then be in a position to lock in a 'real' cornerstone investor(s) who wont destroy sentiment and sell on news. If this JV gets signed and with cash injection to spv.......we will smash 5c
however yes we do need the JV to happen with Gov backing....
La jolla have certainly held back the sp based on the last 3 announcements, this is disappointing but was expected.
