There has just been a very dilutive cap raising with profits available for the asking for about 12% of the floating market cap. 31 cps available at $4.16 - wow!
The stock has just gone ex div.
The management have just gone against fundamental intelligent strategy and have launched into diversification, and have been bidding against people who know more than them to tilt at windmills (and in a great hurry too).
And the SP just hit $4.18. the expected SP without the cap raise adjusted for the div is $4.16, not counting the other fluff. That was a brilliant shorting opportunity. Is somebody getting carried away out there?
It may turn out that I am the fool - we shall see.
