re: Ann: Open Briefing on Capital Raising and... A Share Purchase Plan or a Security Purchase Plan, as they call it, does not require a prospectus. All it needed was a sinple letter to shareholders.
This Open Briefing (Dorothy Dix questions) is a load of bull..... The original announcement of the capital raising made it pretty clear that not all of the cash was needed quickly.There was plenty of time for a SSP offer to shareholders.
As far as I am concerned APA has lost all credibility. Am expecting some increase in share price when these new large investors have taken their usual quick profits.Then for me...its Bye Bye APA.
