re: Ann: Open Briefing on Capital Raising and... as i said in my earlier post, it is entirely likely that a SPP will follow in due course.
Certainly worth voicing your concern to the coy though.
I did this a number of years ago and found the coy were very aware of keeping existing small shareholders in the loop with cap raisings and they have been pretty well as good as their word over the last 3-4 years.
