But i put a post up which quoted what a "related party" was. i think we can assume when WCL referred to a related party, they referred to the definition as prescribed in the Corps LAw.

and in the Corps Law a related party is a director, his relatives and associates, or his corporate entities, or any corporation which controls WCL.

So even NHC with 20% does not control WCL.

So it could possibly be BG or Mitsui, or just about anyone else.

So NHC would be a related party - so its not them.
