re: Ann: Open Briefing - Reserves Upgrade and... I agree with Stumpy-look at the ramping on LNG over the last 3 weeks. No announcement, just like the trading in WCL pre announcement.

Seems to fit a pattern, imho.

Boils down to identity-I reckon it was HQ (China inc.), but why was proposer not disclosed?

WCL has been trading (wildly) while a very large number of folk in downtown BrisVegas (not me) no doubt know who it was and can better judge credibility.
