    Yes, a newly elevated MD and cash in the bank, and a market where that is conducive to new projects being developed. An Australian concentration is fine but there is more than just the Carnarvon. Time for TAP to spread its wings, perhaps in other known oil and gas areas. Lack of action ensures the shares will continue to slide.
