not very heartening. IMO Fuji must come through or massive dilution is coming our way. a sizeable gamble and gives Fuji and edge at the negotiating table.

history suggests that if a Fuji deal does produce a SP spike that a new CR could occur shortly thereafter to help BCT consolidate $ at higher SP and give them runway for faster expansion. we'll see!

Fuji deal looking less likely by the day, unfortunately. Without it, I think BCT is sunk. I think that is what the market is progressively factoring into the share price. All IMO and DYOR
