I was just going by line items in the quarterly report. May be your assertion is correct. But it has been the case in the last report as well. Hopefully, in the coming quarters they might use already manufactured inventory and manufacturing cost is lower. Or there is a minimum cost required to operate manufacturing facility no matter how much to manufacture. So scale is needed very quickly. In SPP prospectus, the management projected that clients are waiting and they do not have staff on the ground to implement solution for them. However, none of that reflected in the financials.
