i think if they are in genuine negotiations with Fuji then it is appropriate he is minimalist in his answer.
a number of the Board recently bought shares which i still take as a good sign .
they never should have suggested the deal with Fuji was close to being done to market in the first place. and this announcement should not have been marked as market sensitive in my view. the harder they try to assert strong growth prospects (and encourage SP increases?) without a material contract the more damage they are doing to the SP atm. the apparent strategy is underwhelming to say the least.
