Has anyone seen Open Briefing used for other company updates?
I maintain that it is a lovely little earner for whoever created it - have the company send you questions and answers and populate it on your template.
Andrew just may as well send out an update with selected frequently asked email questions and put a few dot points underneath - I would be surprised if there was any punter out there that required the illusion of independence via Open Briefing.
