Unfortunately, this can happen with thinly traded stocks. No news but the stock was down 36% at one point today. Seems like a substantial holder has given up on BCT and decided to move on at any cost. The question is whether they know something that the rest of us don't or whether it is just fatigue. I'm guessing not (i.e. they don't know any more than us), however it looks increasingly likely that yet another CR will be needed in the short term and that will put more downward pressure on the share price and will also need to be massively dilutionary. The longer it drags on without formalising the Fuji deal the more I feel that the most probable outcome is that they will go belly up, but I wont be selling until/unless there is some news released.
