NYC2nyc, you raise a very valuable point, that sales are hard to come by, and the overheads are unsustainable, and the result is we go broke.

One scenario that is happening frequently now is Private Equity (PE) buying distressed assets and making a bundle in doing so.

The Bluechiip company does have some great tech and at the current market cap of $6.8M it is attractive for PE to buy the company. PE can buy it cheap, flick the board immediately, remove unnecessary costs, and within 12 months resell Bluechiip to a large US or European scientific company with a widespread sales team and lots of end-user customers, and PE will make a lot of money for the transaction. PE what happens to companies where the board is asleep at the wheel.

If you or I were running this company, we would reach out to the major global powerhouses in the scientific sector and talk partnership, which is a nice way of saying we might be up for sale. That is the only way to get full value for this company by selling it to a bigger company that sees value in Bluechiip. If we wait till PE makes an offer, we lose bigtime.

''All roads lead to Rome'' sorry, to the board of directors.
