IG has to address the funding issue - Morgans and or alternatives to the CN's. This needs clarification.
In my view this has'nt occurred as yet. SG will flog this point to death until IG come up with an alternative. And SG has been referring to SH participation in funding but no detail for months - and now "shortly" we will be asked to participate.
IG now has to respond IMHO.
