Hi All,

I think the point SG is making is that a bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush.Is it a bluff????

The claim that keeps geting made is that no one will provide funds with law suit hanging over Permian Project and that if the 2 birds in the bush don't come to fruition then we will have no funding to complete the project.

Given the fact that the first hz is a fair way down the track to being drilled, SG will then tap share holders or if elceted IG might get RMS to capiatlize

Not sure it makes much difference either way funds will need to be raised to keep PB.

NOTE HOLDERS HAVE CONTROL.
