Novus might not dump until post EGM because they are underwriter. They may even support the sp until the rights issue closes. Also GGP would want sp to fall further and add more fuel to the con note fire. Would cost votes.
An ann (or not) and a small rally from either Novus buying or maybe just the absence of their selling.
