No doubt, offer from MEU is much better than WPG which contained too much conditions.
Challenger is an Oz gold mine without any known environmental issues like Gold Ridge mine in Solomon Islands.
No need for Kinsgate to give it away for free... There could be question of conflict of interest raised by some director if go ahead with WPG's offer.
