I wouldn’t be surprised if sooner rather than later we hear that the management team gets extra man power, like I mean the work day has only 10-12 hours for these gentlemen right now… and I can only imagine that certain parts are just time consuming and perhaps let the core team better focus on the exploration/ adding more wonderful ounces to the plate & mining.

open pit mind sounds like a few trucks and shovels and there you go…

as more I think about it as more exciting it gets !
