re: Ann: Opening of Tailings Re-Treatment Pla... I was talking to a friend who has some understanding of the Mitsubishi . The comments were:-

Mitsubishi take various grades of tungsten concentrates and process them in a "bonded area" in China before taking APT to Japan ... This allows Mitsubishi to take lower grade concentrates with higher impurities and still get good quality APT for their customers in Japan, hence contracts are based on APT prices and discounted based on operating costs to treat the concentrates and turn them into APT ... So you can have varying selling prices based on impurities in your concentrates.
