re: Ann: Opening of Tailings Re-Treatment Pla... I'd assume it is a modern Chinese flotation plant where Mitsubishi takes all the concentrates it buys from various sources. Several mining companies run their own flotation circuits (like Woulfe and King Island are planning to do) but this means considerable higherer capital expenditures. It was Carbine's intention from day one to install a low-cost gravity only operation and they clearly said so all along. Since Mitsubishi operates its own flotation plant, they are looking to buy feed material for it which means the product that is being sold by miners who operate their own flotation circuit is of no interest to them for this purpose.
